Die to Win as a community is in a state of change. We are moving from a very personal group of just a few online friends to a much larger organization. It is at this point that we feel it is important that our group’s intentions become transparent, and available for all. We hope this encourages members to weigh in on what our goals should be and ways to accomplish them. So that our vision is one that we all share, and one we can obtain.

Trying many different routes is how we hope to reach our goals. Right now we are attempting to gain monetary support to cover our current operating costs and to help us expand. We would really like to gain more servers, and the ability to provide more for our members. We hope to gain personal relationships with potential supporters, to both harbor a mutually beneficial relationship for each party and to turn off our current *ahem* rotating ad scheme. Any Ideas or contacts with potential sponsors would be greatly appreciated. And as always, the communities donations play a huge role in our ability to function at our expanding rate.

We are also trying to define our competitive arm. We are assigning long term positions for competitive squads in both L4D2 and TF2. These teams will do a ton for the community. They will represent us in front of other organizations, and create a buzz about us. They are also creating more substance for our community, with practice sessions, and they help recruit quality members as the gaming population at-large aspires to join the ranks of our competitors.
